Trish is Managing Partner of Kendricks Bordeau, P.C. and has been with the firm since 2015. Trish received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she was editor-in-chief of the William Mitchell Law Review. After law school she served as law clerk to the Honorable Steven E. Rau, U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and worked as associate litigator for two Minneapolis-area law firms before moving to the Upper Peninsula.
Trish’s primary areas of practice include estate planning, estate and trust administration services, and probate litigation. As a part of her estate planning practice, she assists clients with planning for the family camp/cottage, tax planning, business succession planning, and charitable gifting. Her clients range from single, young professionals just starting out to well-established business owners looking to ensure the smooth succession of their life’s work and legacy. In addition, Trish provides a wide range of services to aid clients during the difficult times following the death or disability of a loved one. She assists clients with administration of the relevant will or trust documents to navigate the changing laws, family dynamics, and fiduciary obligations owed, and in seeking guidance from the Court when needed.
